How long does it take for home delivery?
It will usually take 7-14 business days for all orders to arrive in USA. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in United States, Europe and China.
How long will it take to dispatch the order?
It will take usually up to 3 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 8 business days to dispatch.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order please contact our support team within 30 minutes of the purchase. There is no guarantee that we can cancel your order after that timeframe as we start processing orders immediately.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 7-14 working days.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
